About this position

About this Position

  • One global OD team. Close to every site. (We work as one team on one global agenda, with regional proximity that keeps us anchored in the reality of our plants, warehouses and supply-chain operations.)
  • This replaces the previous motto "Think global, act local", which no longer fully reflects the consolidated, one team, one agenda structure of AO OD.

What you´ll do

  • Facilitate a Social Lab and a watch party with an APAC leadership team, and coach master facilitators in the region on how to bring the habits into their existing routines.
  • Sit down with a Plant Manager, an APAC HRBP and an Supply Chain Head to translate the Skill based development framework into the reality of their roles and shopfloor, then reflect that reality back into global design decisions.
  • Contribute to a global OD portfolio review with the team, help make a "stop, continue, consolidate or defer" call, and take one topic forward as global co owner.
  • Represent OD in AOX Strategy & PMO forums, APAC leadership routines, and joint check ins with HR, turning conversations into concrete decisions rather than status updates.
  • Spend at least one week per quarter on a plant or warehouse site, listening to teams, observing the work, and turning what you learn into practical OD moves.

What makes you a good fit

  • Stakeholder partnership: Build trust across site teams, leaders, HR, COEs and the global OD team.
  • Customer centricity: Start from business and workforce needs, then shape practical solutions that create value.
  • Curiosity and lifelong learning: Learn quickly, ask strong questions and remain open to perspectives different from your own.
  • Cross cultural collaboration: Work effectively across APAC and within a distributed global team.
  • Analytical strength and attention to detail: Use data to identify needs, make decisions and follow implementation through to impact.
  • Strategic and operational agility: Connect the bigger picture with disciplined execution in plants, warehouses and regional forums.
