YOUR ROLE
- Technical support and product application for Henkel’s range of Adhesives, sealants, standard Loctite dispensing EQ to Customers, Sales Force, Marketing
- Be responsible for product recommendations, customized products’ applications and product demonstrations
- Handle troubleshooting and technical enquiries of the customers
- Recommend solutions and perform technical visits for customers’ documentation
- Quantify, document and communicate Henkel solutions’ value to the customers
- Support the laboratory work and collaborate with the other departments
- Train both the Sales Force and the Customers
- Work together with the Sales Force for Customer Value calculation
- Document all activities in CRM tool
- Promote internally innovations and best practices across accounts
