YOUR ROLE

·Promote the execution of global strategies within the country in conjunction with local managers, facilities representatives and team members (i.e. One!View)

·Main responsible of Mexico´s locations operations regarding facilities services with direct interaction with facilities suppliers, taking into consideration innovation projects, services enhancements and employee satisfaction

·Ensure cost transparency across Buildings Cost Centers by performing facilities services oversight mapping

·Reduce service complexity by defining key process indicators based on local business requirements

·Develop the Corporate Real Estate strategy to accompany local business needs and guarantee the correct spent of resources, including participation in real estate projects

YOUR SKILLS

·Understanding of building systems and maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

·Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and execution.

·Effective leadership skills to oversee and manage a facilities team.

·The ability to identify and solve complex problems related to facility operations and maintenance.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, executives, and external vendors.

·Proficiency English
