YOUR ROLE
- Manage existing portfolio of Benelux retailers related to orders, deliveries and invoices, in close collaboration with customers and internal departments as Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, etc.
- Main responsibilities:
a) timely order-, delivery- and invoice processing including creation of replenishment orders for VMI-customers
b) contribute to high service level and low complaint rate (log/admin), increase customer satisfaction - Manage customer complaints on deliveries/invoices , together with the back-office teams in the Shared Service Center, Sales and logistical partners.
- Follow-up of prices in SAP orders.
- Further develop collaboration with customers in Win-Win spirit (balance service/costs).
- Driving customer satisfaction while optimizing customer order (size, frequency, accuracy) and delivery quality (on time).
- Support own and other departments (Sales , Demand Planning, etc.) with relevant info, contribute to cross departmental improvements.
- Increase process efficiency focusing on automation, digitization and touchless ordering.
- Supporting the Head of Customer Excellence in dedicated projects (internal and external), participation in customer- and carrier meetings.
