YOUR ROLE

·Located in our Global Business Solutions in Mexico City, the Payroll Specialist is primarily responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay.

·Due to the nature of the position, knowledge of local country tax and wage laws is an advantage.

·Supporting Henkel end-to-end payroll process from executing payroll system, reconciliation and validation, sending for approval and authorization, preparing bank file and post payroll reports.

·Updating documentations and job aids. *Ensure that service commitment measured by KPIs is kept and met.

·Maintain personnel database regarding salaries and oversee salary changes, deductions, bonus , etc.

·Extract and analyse pre- and post-payroll reports (GL posting, variance analysis and HR reporting).

·Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer’s requirements and their changing needs to ensure services delivered are as per contractual obligations and in accordance with SLAs.

·Address and resolve employee queries related to the payroll system

·Work closely with HR teams for process implementation and alignment

·Work under pressure to accomplish due dates and payroll calendars following the established internal service agreements

·Act as channel of communication between Local HR and the In-Country Partner Company
