The Manufacturing Site Training Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our manufacturing site employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs, as well as tracking and assessing their effectiveness. YOUR ROLE
·Training Program Development:
oCollaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
oDevelop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to support various training programs.
