- Put EU countries in a position to use AI based applications
- Lead POCs and implement automation on consumer communication touchpoints in all EU countries
- Ensure consumer experience & satisfaction on all digital touchpoints for all EU countries
- Continuously analyze and provide consumer insights based on a multidimensional reporting platform
