- Manage projects by coordinating meetings, documenting progress and next steps, overseeing change requests; Ensuring smooth workflows and deadlines between different teams and stakeholders
- Perform quality assurance tasks such as testing website implementations, providing advice on digital practices, analyzing technology and functionality, supplementing digital content strategy and CRM efforts, and ensuring accuracy of product feeds and stock levels
- Create and revise briefs for creative and development changes, acquiring creative assets and providing instructions to the development team; Develop PowerPoint presentations and drafting reports for stakeholders
- Track and generate reporting for digital key performance indicators (KPIs); Manage and updating dashboards for integrations like Commerce Connector and Google Ads
- Ensure brand and digital marketing budgets are tracked and aligned, managing contracts with external agencies, coordinating the creation of Purchase Orders by the brand team, assisting with managing workstreams related to SEO agency across multiple brands
