YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within your designated area.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure they reach their full potential and exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, evaluate data, and implement corrective actions when necessary to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop product portfolio (VRM ) opportunities in Nordic in close co-operation with our customers
  • Provide and secure technical advice and support to the customer in all aspects of the VRM Portfolio.

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree within Business / Engineering or any other related studies / similar working experience.
  • You have preferably good knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket, with experience in Collision, Mechanical or Electrical Repair
  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven conclusions.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English language.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales area as needed.
  • Holds a driver’s license.
