YOUR ROLE
- You will be responsible for preparing and organizing maintenance activities within our organization. This includes coordinating and scheduling maintenance tasks, ensuring necessary equipment and materials are available, and maintaining accurate documentation. Update computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other relevant databases as necessary.
- You will contribute to the equipment and materials management: procure and maintain an inventory of necessary tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance activities. Ensure their availability and readiness for use, including proper storage and maintenance. You will coordinate with external vendors and contractors for equipment repairs, servicing, or parts procurement.
- You will ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures during maintenance tasks. Identify and report any potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions in collaboration with relevant personnel.
- You will assist maintenance technicians in diagnosing equipment malfunctions and developing appropriate solutions. Provide technical support and guidance as needed.
- You will assist in training and guiding maintenance technicians, ensuring they are knowledgeable about maintenance procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- You will be involved in identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes, reduce downtime, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource utilization. Propose and implement relevant improvements.
