  • Responsible for leading Total Rewards along with Payroll and Benefits Administration for 1200 + Henkel employees and driving excellence through team members and service partners. This position reports in to the Head of HR for Henkel in India.
  • Strengthen Total Rewards framework for India, relevant to different employee groups, complimenting our employer value proposition and thus enable the business to fuel exponential growth in India.
  • Focus on upgradation of Payroll systems, Performance management of service partners, timely legal compliances, resolution on legacy benefits integration while improving governance and simplifying user experiences.
  • Collaborate with peers across the IMEA region and play a role in Co Creation of Total Rewards excellence in the region.


  • Sound understanding of Total Rewards Concepts & Philosophy.
  • Deep experience in Payroll & Benefits administration and required statutory compliances. Experience in integration of benefits (M&A’s etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Appreciation of HR IT Systems and Governance Requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate and co-create sustainable solutions working with peers in a self-empowered environment
