YOUR ROLE
- Work as part of the global commercial excellence team shaping and implementing pricing concepts within the Consumers & Craftsmen Business Unit of Adhesive Technologies
- Steer all pricing and revenue management topics, drive pricing performance, ensure pricing governance and manage the pricing processes of the regions, in close alignment with the commercial teams
- Lead ongoing revenue management activities and support regional sales teams to execute pricing measures
- Implement the regional pricing strategies across different business and market segments
- Lead regional projects to implement a new pricing operating model, incl. software and change initiatives
- Act as subject matter expert and key contact for all pricing related topics and consult on new product pricing during the product development process
