YOUR ROLE
We are seeking an application support Specialist Master Data to join our team. As an Application Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users of our software applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing first line support to end-users, collecting and validating enhancement suggestions and other ad hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily activities, act as the main point of contact for stakeholders for authorization requests/access, collection enhancement requirements, and assisting users with system settings and downloads.
- Be the first point of contact for technical issues and resolve them with users and resolve them with IT department
- Monitor incidents and ensure timely communication with users regarding any issues and their resolution.
- Provide support at trainings from a technical perspective. • Independently or cooperatively validate enhancements during testing
- Ensure transparency on KPI tracking, status of key deliverables, and project milestones.
- Assist in regular SAP system cleanups
- Handle ad hoc requirements from business partners.
