  • Be responsible for the business in Shandong and Henan province in APC-PH.
  • Maintain of existing business, develop new customer and expand business share.
  • Promote Henkel new products and projects;
  • Responsible for adhesive business of non-woven industry mainly in Shandong and Henan to achieve sales NES and PC%.
  • Maintain the existing customers well, visit them regularly and timely to develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships, follow up the orders in time and ensure the balance forecast and supply.
  • Convey our new value products and applications to customers and cooperate with customers to improve their competitiveness.
  • Monthly collect with credit customers to ensure the financial security.
  • Complete paperwork and system projects management on time with high quality.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop new business to continuously increase the regional market share.
  • Highlight Hekkel image and strengthen company influence in regional customer circle.

  • Accountabilities (Time in %)
  • Maintain existing business, and internally cooperate with CS, CS, TE, PD and production team, taking up 35%.
  • Generate new business by identifying & developing new customers, 35%.
  • Report release including weekly and monthly report, monthly forecast, ACE projects review and improvement, 10%
  • Provide first hand trouble shooting support to customers, coordinate with all related departments to enhance customer satisfaction 10%
  • Payment recovery 10%


  • Polymer material and chemistry related major, and bachelor or above is preferred.
  • Five or above sales experience in chemical company, the experience in disposable hygienic products such as adhesive, non-woven, SAP(supper absorbent resin), cast film will be given priority.
  • Excellence business social skill and good affinity to maintain customer relationships.
  • Good sales sense, and excellent communication and expression skills;
  • Diligent and willing to have business trip frequently both by public transport and self-driving.
  • English at writing level.
