YOUR ROLE
- Supporting Henkel Global Total Rewards (Incentives, benefits and compensation) topics from enrollment to termination , payment report and reconciliation of data
- Working hand in hand with country’s local HR (Human Resources), Business Partners, Finance team and external providers for proper administration and payout of employees
- Calculation of Incentive for upper management (pro-rata/off-cycle pay-out, provisions and regular pay-out)
- Executing validation and reconciliation of benefits data and payment.
- Ressible for responding to employee’s inquiries and concerns related to the process (via calls, e-mails, and the ticketing system)
- Ensuring that documentations, job-aides and process flows are up-to-date; Creating and preparing documentations for new processes.
- Generating ideas and execution of continuous improvement and process efficiency (i.e. streamlining of process, process centralization and automation)
