- Manage and lead projects for new product development and innovation for Beauty BU accomplishing the correct and timely goals
- Organize and coordinate meetings to follow up New Product Innovations
- Checks on project viability and manages Gantts and Kick Offs for each project
- Has direct contact with brand responsibles in North America
- Responsible for following up with different areas in the company to assure the correct development of projects
- Record all activities and advances of each project in registry to organize tasks and priorities
- Responsible for reaching the launching calendar while watching time, cost and management
