YOUR ROLE

Participate in one year graduate development program for high potential young talents
Develop relevant business skills for a successful FMCG career
Have first-hand experiences in an immersive learning environment within marketing team
Have opportunity to make an impact on the marketing strategy
Support the development and execution of the marketing mix
Develop and lead own management projects

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in related field is a required and Master’s degree is a plus
Excellent communication skills in Korean and English are required
Good knowledge in MS office is required
Passionate about career development in FMCG industry and high identification with Henkel Consumer Brands
Demonstration of creativity, innovative thinking, strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
