YOUR ROLE

• Maintenance and repair of mixing, filling and other equipment in Yantai Plant. Root case analysis for breakdown.
  
• Improving equipment for better efficiency,safety and reliability
  
• Do daily check for all equipment and implement preventive maintenance by maintanance plan.
  
• Participate in 5S and follow SHE&Q requirement IATF16949/ISO 45001/ISO14001/MES etc.
  
  
• Principal Accountabilities
  
• 负责抢修及排除各类机械/电气/液压/气动设备故障，确保生产设备安全正常运行 35%
  
• 根据日常保养清单对设备进行维护检修，定期完成设备预防性维修保养任务，提高设备的稳定性，减少停机时间 10%
  
• 巡检、分析、判断、处理生产过程中的异常情况，并及时汇报 10%
  
• 负责维修工单的处理、分析，并对所需备件进行提报 15%
  
• 遵守各项设备和维修安全操作规程及公司PTW审批流程，严格执行LOTOTO 5%
  
• 不断学习提高维修技能，并于班组人员分享、促进共同提高 5%
  
• 运用5S保持维修保养现场、工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序 10%
  
• 负责设备安全隐患的整改，执行设备的改进优化 5%
  
• 日常安排的其他事务 5%
  
• 具备低压电工证登高证
