YOUR ROLE

• Be responsible for Innovation Controlling and Innovation Investment Controlling
  
• Improve current innovation performance and portfolio reporting (systems) with the help of new digital technologies
  
• Apply statistical methods to analyze and further digitalize the end-to-end innovation process
  
• Perform Financial Controlling activities for the Henkel IP & Holding GmbH
  
• Act as contact person for internal stakeholders of the innovation community
  
• Prepare ad-hoc and project-related analyses including the preparation of presentations for top management

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or other business-related studies with technical or IT background
  
• First professional experience in controlling or innovation management
  
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications, advanced experience with data modeling and visualization methods and tools preferable
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  
• Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
  
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to work independently and can-do attitude
