YOUR ROLE

• Full responsibility for Brand strategy and steering together with the Marketing Manager
• Definition of short-term plan to achieve business results and monitoring of KPI’s
• Handle marketing mix, promotional plans, brand activation and budget management
• Cross functional collaboration with International Marketing team, Sales and Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Controlling
• Coordination of external agencies for the implementation of ad hoc brand projects/activities

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's Degree in Economics or Management, Marketing preferred
• At least 5 years of previous experience in Marketing and FMCG company
• Able to perform market, financial and Sell-in/Sell-out analysis
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented person with enthusiastic and flexible personality
• Eager to learn working in team and grow with resilience
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Database (Nielsen, IRI)
• Fluent in Italian and English
