YOUR ROLE
- To assist OTC F manager to implement daily operations and finish team targets
- Facilitates and execute process migrations and delivery based on the global process frames, guidelines and SLA
- Ensures effectiveness, efficiency & continuity of the operation
- Ensure team engagement and foster process improvements and contribute to GBS+ quality goals (Contact with global on new project)
- Supervises, guides and develops employees in his area of responsibility
- Manage stakeholders’ expectation
- Accountabilities (Time in %)
- Align and implement KPIs and SLAs for GBS+ Shanghai OTC F in daily operations 35%
- Help lead system implementation and process improvement and quality control in team 35%
- Review regular / ad-hoc reports and analysis to ensure data/process quality and compliance with CSCA and corporate policies. E.g., AR aging report, Overdue report 10%
- Help manager to monitor and review team performance. Resolve issues among team and across functions to achieve targeted team performance 10%
- Coordinate and support external and internal audits in AR, and complete others assigned tasks 10%
