YOUR ROLE
·Works under guidance and instruction of Quality Management during customer audits/ visits
·Maintains site audit and visit calendars
·Facilitates communications amongst teams prior to, during, and post-audit/ visit
·Develops an understanding of the audit / customer visit including certification standards and requirements
·Processes information and makes relevant conclusions during the audit
·Works with team members to provide a timely response to all audit findings
·Provide valuable feedback to the management team on customer needs and expectations.
·Respond to customer requests and inquiries to provide customer satisfaction
·Coordinates meeting rooms, agenda, personnel, and accommodations during visits
·Creates standards based on customer requirements and establishes process to which audits / customer visits will follow
·Works as an auditor with internal audit team
·Team player – Be a committed, collaborative, dependable, reliable, and enthusiastic problem solver.
·Serve as a role model of leadership in a ‘safety first’ culture, and fully understand how behaviours, policy/procedures and ‘best practice’ programs work together to ensure the safest possible environment for our employees.
