Fulfill orders to meet OTIF. - Key Dimensions
- 客户销售订单管理包括需求识别,确认,及跟踪执行。
Identify, confirm and follow up customer orders on time. - 及时并妥善地处理客户的投诉,提供产品咨询。
Handle customer/sales requests properly and promptly. - 协助销售/客户主管提供需要的信息及报告。
Support Sales/CS leaders to provide necessary info. and reports. - Principal Accountabilities
- 负责处理客户订单,以及订单的跟踪,送货执行. 保证准时,准量的交付客户订单. 30%
- 将销售,客户的需求信息及时准确地传递到后勤部门,并推动后勤部门以满足客户需求 20%
- 与客户和销售沟通订单状况,及时回复客户与销售订单的状况。 15%
