- Job Purpose
- Manage all logistics activities and 3PL suppliers to meet logistics KPI target.
- Ensure complete daily operation (SAP system operation \ coordinate with sales \ CS \ SC \ 3PL and CCMS (SCMS) system operation.
- Initiate logistics optimization project \ integration of transportation \ digitalization \ process optimization project actively.
- Hold weekly \ monthly logistics meeting with 3PL and SHE & Quality Audit to meet main KPI (eg.: LTIR \ OTIF \ ECSL \ Damaged rate).
- Ensure billing checking accuracy.
- Manage TMS system and POD collection.
- Key Dimensions
- Delivery order per day: 200 DNs.
- Number of end user customer: 2000 customers
- Managed 4 transpiration supplier and coordinate all activities.
- Principal Accountabilities
- Manage transport business and suppliers to meet main KPI (e.g.: 0 LTIR \ Safety walkaround\ KA CCMS & CCMS \ ECSL \ OTIF \ Inventory accuracy rate etc.) 20%
- Communicate and cooperate with Sales \ CS \ SC team and handle emergencies & exceptional case. 20%
- Lead and involved in process optimization & digitalization & cost saving & sustainability projects. 20%
- As system key user to handle such as SAP \ Goods return \ Scrap \ Route day and WM master data maintenance \ TMS \ Invest II \ SHE com CCMS& SCMS system and manage external users. 10%
- Optimize Safety and transportation process and launch on SHE & Compliance & Quality audit to ensure that 3PL meet Henkel's requirement. 10%
- Manage TMS system and POD collection. 10%
