YOUR ROLE
- Assist Site Quality Manager to build solid quality preventive measurement to achieve quality KPIs.
- Deal with customer complaint/supplier complaint and ensure all root cause can be digged out and follow up the treatment of return goods.
- Treatment of abnormal product. Build team with relative departments to investigate the root cause of abnormal ,then carry out the corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow up the new production or new process in site with Site qualification procedure.
